Leandra's Law cases by county

Suffolk County leads the state in arrests under Leandra's Law, a measure enacted in late 2009 that increased penalties on drivers convicted of driving drunk with a passenger age 15 or younger. Here are year-to-year breakdowns by county. The figure for 2009 represents the period right after enactment in December, and the 2014 figure is as of Dec. 16, 2014.
