How many on Long Island skipped Common Core tests?

The State Education Department collects the number of students who did not take Common Core math and English tests in the spring. Here are the percentages of students from Long Island districts who refused the test as well as students who were absent during the test administration period. The percentage does not include students who were medically excused. This database was posted on Aug. 12, 2015.

The state did not release raw numbers of students who opted out. You can see the number of opt-outs as obtained in a Newsday survey here.
