Contaminants found in Roberto Clemente Park

Enviroscience Consultants, a company hired by the Suffolk County district attorney, tested soil samples for contaminants at Roberto Clemente Park in Brentwood.

The red dots indicate places where soil contained at least one contaminant, and sometimes several, in levels exceeding those set by the state's Department of Environmental Conservation. The green dots indicate where soil samples were within state standards, and the purple dots indicate tested sites where no dumping took place. Click on the dots for details.
