12 years of change in Patchogue

Between 2002 and 2014, redevelopment has changed the face of downtown Patchogue. The map below details those changes for more than 200 downtown parcels, showing lots that gained or lost businesses and residences from 2002 to 2014, or whether an area had changes in the types of businesses located there. Some lot boundaries changed during the 12 years, and some properties are not shown because they were not included in a 2002 Suffolk County Planning Department study.
